Direktorat Jenderal Mineral dan Batubara (“Ditjen Minerba”) Kementerian Energi Sumber Daya Mineral Indonesia (“ESDM”), mengeluarkan kebijakan yang melarang perusahaan pertambangan mengekspor batubara.
