In this ARMA update, we will discuss certain essential components and the development of regulations regarding crypto asset trading on the futures market after the revoking of the previous 4 (four) regulations, which currently only leaves two technical regulations in the field of physical futures trading of crypto assets, namely BAPPEBTI Reg 8/2021 and the Head of BAPPEBTI Regulation Number 7 of 2020.
