Regulation of the Minister of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia No. 40 of 2022: Amendments concerning Goods Prohibited from Export and Goods Prohibited from Import
On 14 June 2022, the Minister of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia (“Minister of Trade”) has enacted the Minister of Trade Regulation Number 40 of 2022 concerning Amendments to the Regulation of the Minister of Trade Number 18 of 2021 concerning Goods Prohibited from Export and Goods Prohibited from Import (“MoT Reg 40/2022”).
