He has held senior in‑house roles including Corporate Secretary & Vice President Legal at one of Indonesia’s largest telecommunications providers, advising on board governance, disclosure and enterprise legal risk, and leading corporate legal teams in corporate and business development‑legal integration. His career demonstrates a consistent record of steering legal functions through transformational and transactional work while aligning legal strategy with commercial objectives.

Kharisman holds a Master of Laws in Commercial Law from Monash University, Melbourne, and attended the Legal Educational Colloquium in Erlangen, Germany. He is licensed as a Legal Consultant for the Financial Sector by Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) and is a member of Himpunan Konsultan Hukum Sektor Keuangan (HKHSK).
