SINTA AGTRIANASARI
A seasoned Indonesian lawyer with extensive experience in corporate advisory and commercial litigation, Sinta has more than a decade-long track record advising both local and international clients on complex matters spanning M&A, financial services (banking and capital markets), real estate, maritime and transportation, employment, and civil litigation. She combines litigation expertise with transactional acumen to provide practical, commercially driven solutions and to handle high-stakes disputes, internal investigations, and regulatory matters.
Sinta has acted as the sole Indonesian attorney on the Indonesian-Korean desk for one of the biggest South Korean law firms, advising multinational clients on cross-border investments, acquisitions, financing, and regulatory compliance, and has substantial dispute resolution experience from her time in the dispute resolution practice. Her representative mandates include advising major Korean and global financial institutions and corporates on share acquisitions, syndicated and working capital facilities, capital markets matters, competition filings, and complex civil and criminal litigation matters before Indonesian courts and authorities.
Sinta holds an LL.M (Commercial Law, specialisation in Maritime & Transportation Law) from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Bachelor of Law (cum laude) from Universitas Padjadjaran. She completed the Supreme Court-accredited Mediator program, has passed the Curator & Receiver Certification Examination (IKAPI), and has passed the professional education examinations for Capital Market Legal Consultants.
