Merari is the general corporate, foreign investment, and employment expert in Arma Law. She is the Managing Partner of the Firm.

After obtaining her master’s degree in International Civil and Commercial Law (Adv.) from Leiden University, Netherlands, Merari shapes herself as a competent achiever in general corporate, employment, and capital investment domains.

 As a driving force of general corporate and employment matters, Merari represented major multinational clients across a spectrum of diverse sectors.

In her advisory capacity for a subsidiary of a multinational health and wellness company, she successfully aligned company regulations and employment contracts with the parent company's guidelines.

Merari also played a pivotal role in assisting a multinational personal care manufacturer in establishing clear governance structures and compliance mechanisms.

Leveraging her experience, she refined company regulations for a property management group overseeing multiple companies.

Notably, Merari served as a legal counsel for an Indonesian property management company in its acquisition by a global property management firm, showcasing her outstanding legal prowess.

Since 2008, Merari has been a steadfast representative for clients across various sectors, extending her expertise to non-profit organizations (NGOs) and foundations. Her commitment is evident in advising an international private school in Jakarta on general legal compliance, where she demonstrates a profound understanding of intricate regulatory frameworks.

She was listed on A-List of Indonesia’s Top Lawyers 2025 by Asia Business Law Journal. Completing her recognition as a recommended lawyer for three consecutive years from the HukumOnline In-House Counsel Awards.
